RAA Shop pre-installation request form

To ensure a customer has an active Emberpulse account for the day of installation, the details of each customer must be submitted to Emberpulse via the form below.

Upload electricity bill and fuse box image
Attach a scan/photo of each side of the customer's electricity bill. Ideally include an image of the customer's fuse box. File size limit of 7MB. Accepted file formats: jpg, gif, png, zip
